Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS)
Our sesame cleaning and bagging operations run under Tanzania Bureau of Standards certification — the national food-safety and product-quality framework for exports from Tanzania.
Independent laboratory analysis on every export lot
Every lot is analysed by an independent laboratory before despatch — purity, oil content, FFA and moisture, plus aflatoxin and salmonella screening against the limits set by the destination market.
District-level chain of custody
Each container is tied to specific Tanzanian growing districts (Dodoma, Singida, Morogoro, Lindi or Mtwara) and to a defined harvest window inside the May–August season.
Organic lot documentation on request
Organic natural white sesame is sourced from dedicated farm clusters in Morogoro and Lindi. Chain-of-custody documentation is arranged per contract against the buyer's certification scheme rather than held as a blanket claim.
